hi guys!
no wonder. twin is from the states. i thought that they have them here in sing now. seems like the ava haven't lifted the ban on wax worms. according to them, when the worms morph into moths, they'll attack bee hives(which is also very ironic... when we see hives here, we'll call the pest busters and they'll destroy them).... causing the local bee species to be wiped out... dumb!

i dont really think its dumb of them.. i think it has to do with controlled destruction and uncontrolled destruction.. we wouldnt know how fast these wax worm grow or breed, they might suddenly have a whole swarm of them.. ava or any ppd etc wouldnt be able to control their (these beetles) destruction of bee hives.. we might end up not having any bees in sg.. at least if pest buster comes, they are destroying those hives that cause harm to us.. where as these wax worm beetles might destroy every hive..!
