So sad to see that bro, my 4" also die after heavy breathing. i suspect is feeder i had fed them. I feed torsat baby might be the spike that causes the death. Now i scare to feed Torsat to them.

I had checked mine I don't find any shrimps spike and nothing lodged in the gills, gills are red and fresh! Previously I have one expensive PB also died this way, heavy breathing! I still dunno what's the reason because other PB same species seems to be doing very well!

The torsat that we have is the african species, with no pectoral spikes, I think. But they do carry a lot of parasites in terms of flukes. Perhaps its the parasites instead of the fish itself causing the death?
What's the color of the gills prior to death? |
