Bring in live fishes from Vietnam

Is it possible to put live ornamental fishes in checked in luggage and bring back to Sg from HCM airport? Anyone has done before? Can pass through HCM airport custom?

Put in a foam box or plastic Tupperware then check in luggage should be OK. I never tried before though.

At airport, after checked in at counter, the luggage will be scanned by a staff and passengers need to be around during scanning. If ok, then no problem. I am concerned about the scanning. If the guy found out, don't know can consficate the fishes?

Thailand confirm can. Vietnam I am not that sure. If buy from Vietnam maybe u can send by bus to bkk, then from bkk send to fish farm here.

Only worth the trouble for very nice fish. Cos you probably have to transfer fund to pay three party.
