Default Endy laid eggs

Any bro here has experience of Endy laying eggs in tank?

I have 2 huge Endy living together for a long time. 2 days ago realize there were lots of eggs on the tank bed. No other thought other than assume it was Endy laid eggs since there were no other fishes in the tank except 1 5inches Luohan recently introduced into the tank.

Since the Luoyang is male with kok-head. Eggs should belong to Endy.

Like to learn how to take care. Any one has experience?

I am not expert in this. how? 2 female also can lay eggs?

The 2 pieces are quite big, 14 to 16 inches.

from experience, female can lay eggs even without a male. I once got an ornate shipped to me and a few days on my quarantine tank, it laid eggs. I think if it's mature and in a new environment (change on temp/water parameters), you can trigger it to lay eggs.
