This depends on how ready are your spawning pair, tank breeding setup and their mood for love. Within 3 days should spawn. Can u show us your spawning tank setup so that we can advice you accordingly. Thanks.

It depends on how well conditioned the pair is.

Some can mate within 24 hours, some a few days.

Some will never.

For a well conditioned pair, usually I will release the female at night. by around 8-10am the next day, it will spawn. I will generally give the pair a maximum of 3 days if it the "magic" did not happen by the next day.

Max 5 days if not severe injuries. Usually they will breed by next day or by 3rd day.

Most likely won't breed, have seen a pair at a friend's place that stay peacefully too, no breeding occurs. One possible reason is that they are old already.

From my own experience, 4 to 6 months is prime, beyond that still can breed though. I find them most healthy n active during this period.

Others may have difference experience.
