Yes Both Aqua Plus and Mirage Vita are vitamins in general. However they are pretty different in terms of the composition of the various vitamins.

And of course, in terms of using the two products, Mirage Vita only requires you to dose into the tank water while Aqua Plus requires you to marinate the powder with the food and feed directly.
