Default Debris after WC

Hi,

Recent weeks, there are a lot of debris in my tank after I do WC.

Tank is 5ft with 3ft sump (1.5 years old)
Eheim 1262 return pump.
2 aro & 1 discus
Feeding on MP & pellets for Aro and fbw for discus (once a day)
WC once a week - 50%

I will and have cleaned the return pump since, nothing much there.
After I on the return pump, the inlet flow to main tank will start to flow in all these debris.

Coming from piping? If from piping how to clean?

I need to on the wavemaker for the next 2 hrs or so to "push" all these debris to the overflow compartment.

Any bro got similar experience or any advise?

Thanks in advance.

Yup, from the pipes. Algae and some other stuff.
Generally harmless.
To clean it, like what streetsmart say, brush.
I dont really bother with it though......... but that's cuz I am on canister filters. To disconnect and reconnect the pipe is.............................
