My ranchus sure are small compared to what you guys have. Sob sob. I can put two of them in the basin and they won't suffocate.

I tell you all, those are ball shape poos! That's the "experiment" xerovix was carrying out! That ranchu can oosh out poos by clamping its anal like those fishball maker does to make fish balls. Smart, xerovix, smart! I bet a tight firm ass give a more powerful weck. Last edited by happybuddha; 23-07-2003 at 08:16 PM. |

or is the experiment on JRL pellets? you mentioned the tail dropping slightly at the edges... is that a genetic fault, or a result of a different environment? Last edited by Fire87; 24-07-2003 at 12:28 AM. |

Cannot like that lah. How can anyone compare a mature fish, at least a senior tosai or even a nisai leow, with one that is 2 inches long only? You don't compare your baby's head with an adults head and find his head way too big right? If still in doubt, can go here , or here or here (<- Daniel, this .tw site's for you) to look-see look-see. But mine were not well fed and were sick too so the peduncle is a little long becoz of the small tummy. I just posted some side-view pics to show their "bulk". |

long penduncle cannot be corrected by feeding and conditioning
its one of the asset of a fish... |
