Default Cloudy to cloudy greenish color water

Guys my tank water turn cloudy overnight and nw abit greenish color , isit okie to use an uv filter !! Pls advice thx

Short answer: Yes it's ok to use UV filter. But it would be good to identify the cause. The cloudy water is your clue.. Bacterial bloom followed by increase in nitrates. Food for algae. Is your tank indoors or outdoors?

Any reasons for the lights to be on 24/7? Excess nutrients gives algae the chance to grow too.

Bro , reason is I am having a ghxb so trying to tan see whether the gh will cover anot

Add in a internal uv filter with pump.
If u using ohf, juz buy a submersible uv light ard 20cm and place in under the wool

Algae springs up quite quickly when the right conditions are there.
