redcross My hyperactive Ranchu goldfish

My "Mad" male Ranchu driving me crazy, always moving around and eating non-stop.

The guppies and a female betta always have to give way to him due to his "aggressive movement".

Hyperactive fish!

How to slow down his metabolic rate, any one knows?

goldfish will eat anything which can fit nicely or smaller than their mouth so it is encourage to keep goldfish with its own species better than the fish goes MIA 1 by another.

actualy Ranchu considered quite tame , unlike the Ryukin goldfish which is more aggressive by nature.

Last time i kept them, they tear my Ranchu eyes off before...

S i am not worried abt Ranchu eating up the smaller ones, he can do population control for the baby guppies.

One of my friend's fish tank now full of mollies and guppies babies, have to accompany him to release at chinese garden which in the end eaten up by the bigger fishes there, which prey like missile & eat like torpedo speed.

He now "big headache" on how to handle all the 100-150 babies, population out of control and growing fast.

Release also cannot, keep also will face over-crowding issue in his 4ft tank, the best is to use a big-eater predator like my ranchu or betta .
