Hahaa yah... giving the best to my discus... I used to inject s7 into super worm... stuff the worm into the bull frog and feed my red aro I swear by s7... it improved my fishes appetite colouration health and good for my plants against any deficiency

You have one of the most innovative way to setup a tank. Some simplicity is genius. And the red and green produces such a nice effect.

Thks bro... the white oyama at back n bottom of tank help to bring out the overall brightness of the plants and discus... I only have a short 18watt t5 bought from ABC shop for the plants

If i use the 18 watt instead of my current 4 * 54 watt, i can probably save enough from the utility bill to get another discus, lol

Lol true true... i've been thru tat too... its the choice of the plants bro... I go for those big stem big leaves big roots high nitrate absorber plants... I used to have 4x54watt HOT5 for my app bottom crawling plants... the electric bill is madness especially when run with a chiller
