Default my catfish hum when out of water

Anyone notice that? It is a stripped pleco.

u meant the stress sound (sort of heavy breathing) they made when catch out frm water?

Not heavy breathing sound. It is a bit like a frog sound but not so loud. It caught my attention and save its life. I google its name and found this breed of plecor, does made a humming sound. I bought two at $1.80 each. Look nice and hum.

Probably screaming for help...

Some catfish like talking cat, armor cat and pleco do make 'cracking' noise when caught out of water.

My jaguar catfish and raphael catfish will 'quarrel' over hiding space. Sound like airhorn.

Yes, like honking noises. Especially after feeding, they go back and find the hiding spot taken.
