Keep a bare tank would be better that piece of artificial corals does not look pleasing and out if sync with fresh water idea

As for the discus comm. Do change water more frequently as your filter is overworked due to the high bioload.

Sorry to be direct. But this will not work out.
overstocked and tank too small. Discus is all about consistency and with your set up and stock levels its hard to keep water conditions stable. |

Imo, without serious constant large water changes, discus will tend to become stunted and will not reach its beautiful maximum size. Suggest u sell away a few and keep the best few that u like so u can give them the best care just my 2cents
