As regards to your faulty Hydra Stream, we will do a 1 to 1 exchange with you but i am sorry to say that you might need to pay for the freight charges as you are in overseas. But i understand that you had mentioned in your previous post that your friend brought you to our farm and purchase the Hydra Stream. Therefore is it possible to PM me your friend contact number so that i can call him up and check is there any other alternatives to do the exchange with you. Thanks.
