Can reach palm size if fish genetic is good. If you hardworking do 80-100% daily change and feed moderately heavy (> 6 meals a day in space of 1 hr interval, food got to finish in 1 min) it can reach that size. [/QUOTE]

they will get shock when the temperature differs. for me, i aged water in a drum. let it sit overnight so that it's temperature will be the same (+/- but not too far off) as in tank. so far no problem for me.

80-100% is possible on a daily basis. Fresh waters will ensure the fishes having good appetite hence, enhancing the growth.

Make sure the use of proper anti-chlorine conditioners is sufficient for a 100% WC.

for 100% water.change it work best if u are running with sponge filter only. If running with OHF and sump I think the filter will be a white elephant as it got no time to settle the BB due to daily 100% WC
