Default 1/3 or 1/4 HP?

Help bro i don know which chiller will be good for my new tank . A 1/3hp or a1/4 hp both from Daeli.Will be running a 2x150w MH and a OR6500 for return. Tank size 4x2x2.5 with sump 2.5x1.5x1.5

1/4 shld be enuff as we have almost same spec. I am using 1/4 hp resun cl650., china made

if you have a chance , do as what bro barracuda going to do ...
but can consider getting 2nd hand parts for the compressor, since it will be cheaper

i feel tat since u hav an option of 1/3 or 1/4, might as well go 4 the bigger 1. unless u tot of saving part of the money difference 4 something else.

but, if possible, i would suggest a 1/2HP.

1/2hp too big liao no money to spend, this new tank gona cos me $5k to set up very broke liao now no money to buy skimmer and chiller gona rob a bank soon.

1/3 is more suitable to you as you plan to use MH. 1/4 still can but will work very hard once the MH is on. Compare to other brands, Daeli will give you a lot of saving on the daily running cost.
