Dear Members,

We’ve already organised several “day” events, where you get the chance to learn and get close to the Aros. But, have you ever wondered how Aros behave in the ponds when the sun starts to set? Here’s your chance to find out at our First Night Event – "Dining with the Dragons". You will also get to feed them and check out what the experts feed the brooders, etc.....

This event will be held at Pei Feng Aquatics Trading, well known for their Golden Head Crossbacks. So, grab your chance to network and learn from the experts @ Pei Feng, as well as share notes with other hobbyists gathered at this event. Especially for Golden Head Crossbacks lovers, don’t miss this chance to consult the experts.

Programme for 8th November 2009

1600 Hrs - Attendance taking.
1700 Hrs - AFC and PeiFeng Aquatics Group Photo Session.
1730 Hrs - “A Walk to Remember” Farm Tour. (Arowana Feeding Session)
1800 Hrs - Speech by CEO of PeiFeng Aquatics Trading & Dialogue Session.
1830 Hrs - Commencement of BBQ. Dishes include prawns, stingrays & hard liquor.
2000 Hrs - Bidding of 3 - 4 Top Grade Arowanas (either/or mixture of the 24k Royal Brilliance
and/or Royal Brilliance Golden Head), followed by quizzes and games.
2100 Hrs - End of Event.

(Note: The Organiser reserves the right to change the Programme without prior notice.)

Only 35 places are available and it is free for AFC Ordinary Members. Therefore, AFC members who register and do not turn up will be "disciplined" by the AFC Committee. For AFC members' guests, S$20 per person will be charged.

The deadline for registration is 31st October 2009, 2359 Hr AF time. It will be on a first-come-first-served basis and AFC members and their guest/s will be given priority. However, please note that guest/s must be accompanied by AFC member and cannot be registered "through" AFC member. After this date/time, registration will be open to AF members.

The person-in-charge of Registration is haya23busa.
The person-in-charge of this event is genki.

TO REGISTER, please provide your Nick. REGISTRATION WILL CLOSE ONCE WE RECEIVE 35 REGISTERED ATTENDEES OR AT 2359 HR AF TIME ON 31st OCTOBER 2009, WHICHEVER OCCURS FIRST.

Please also take heed that AF, AFC and Pei Feng Aquatics Trading, disclaims all liabilities on any mishaps in case they occur. Members and their guests participating in AFC events do so at your own risk.

For members’ guests, members shall be responsible for the payment due. Payment will be collected on the day of the event and we’d appreciate if you could bring the exact amount.

No cancellation is allowed after registration closes, in order to facilitate logistics and catering arrangements.
