Hi Bro, my rays kinda love it. Anyone done so?

I think high in protein. Fat wise, not sure.
But yup, my rays love them too.
Just that its rather expensive @$33 per kg and last only four days finished liao....

Cloudy for awhile filter will do its job..but wc more frequent.. As may foul water
