We need to improve the bench for next season
The 2nd team really cannot make it

I thought the 2nd stringers will take this chance to showcase their skills and finishing

It's a real pity that most of the 2nd stringers did not take their chances to showcase their challenge to be in the starting 11.
Players like SM, Fred, DJ had been given so much playing time to do that but none did.
At least JL tried and surprisingly was voted MOTM
But AP is a real disappointment. Nothing but a selfish player
TC may be fast but simply not build for the heavy challenges in the league
EB is a player that does not take care of his own safety. He could have been once again out injured with his "no-eye-see" challenges for the ball.
BW, young and inexperienced and not ready for starting 11
TM positional play questionable but do have potential

Based on his display against Barca last night, Kalidou Koulibaly is not worth the amount which Napoli wants for him. Messi went past him for the second goal and he was too slow and kicked Messi giving away the penalty for the third.

Not a very exciting match against Copenhagen.
Altho we dominated in terms of possession and even attempted shots, our strikers all left their striking boots at home. 0-0 FT
Extra time to decide

Very laboured victory from the penalty
With so many attempts at goal yet none succeeded
Nothing to shout about victory if we cannot finish off the opponent in regular time

Their Keeper performed heroically to stop AM afew times, including and witht the help of their stubborn defence.

Mata missed afew too after he came on.

But we are glad we still have games left to play for this season.

The Sancho deal is apparently dead as BD again refused to accept the offer.

Our recruitment team must be the worst amongst the Premier league teams.

Most admired recruitment team must be City and Chelsea who have started their recruitment of new players without so much fuss.
