if your 2 pin plug only come with 1 pair of cable, then you just get a extra cable to connect the "earth" in the 3 pin plug lah

The chiller comes with a china plug. Its already earthed, just that using the china plug with our local socket does not connect the earth wire. You just need to change the china plug to local plug.

same problem happened to me too. Got an electrician in and he found that the chiller is actually earthed inside but they provide only a 2 pin plug. All he did was change the plug into a 3 pin plug and problem solved. could have done it myself easily but then ...you know lah...kia see, so kenna pay electrician.
My chiller works fine now.
