Electricity shock on CL 650

Could anyone advise me is it normal that a slight current shock feelings one will experience if the CHILLER is on? (mine is a Resun CL650) When I touch the water, I can feel a slight current transimitting...is that normal?

You should not have any electrical shock when the chiller is on and suggest that you verify whether the leakage is from the chiller or other electrical equipment in the system.

To prevent future electrical shock experience of any nature, it is strongly advisable to "ground" the tank.

another way that I used is to connect a ground cable to the copper pipe in the resun chiller. Work great since it doesnt connect to the salt water at all.

Cheapest method !

And maybe its not your chiller. Check your powerheads, powerheads are very prone to give out slight current especially when earth wire is not plug in.

I did not ground the chiller as it is put on my iron stand which is above the ground! Just to ask all bros where is the copper part for me to ground the chiller? Or can I just cut the CL 650 2 pin plug to change to a 3 pin ones? Thanks again.

Is it those 2 round ping plug?If yes just cut it and u can find 3 wire in it and 1 of them is earth just buy a local plug and change.
