From your description, my guess is if this is the only fish, then cannot be medication contradictions. If red scales, ragged fin, tails, and not redness coming out of flesh near stomach then it's most likely parasites but if redness is coming thru' skin near stomach then I think it's internal bacteria infection and your fish is most probably suffering from septicemia. No hope already.

if yes, then i think it's septicaemia.

The fish will not act right. They may lie on the bottom with their fins clamped, stop eating, get ulcers, fin rot and die. Most fish with septicemia will have red streaks running through their bodies and fins. The anus might swell up and the fish might look "constipated".

Best is to remedy it with salt. Salt will encourage his own natural slime coat to develop which is natural protection against all sorts of problems. Excellent water quality must be maintained during this time especially so any secondary complications such as ulcers or fin rot will not become a problem. I always add a small dose of melafix for preventing bacterial infection.
Thanks for input bro

Do you all think using Be-furan will help? The root cause is bad water parameters...sigh

for my ranchu set up , i have a UV light turn on for 4 hrs a day only, that helps to kill any unwanted bacterial and keep the water in good conditions. it works well for me, maybe you should try this method rather than adding medication for every water change.

With such frequency of usage, will the UV light reduce the good bacteria in the water that benefit the fish?

no , i have a eheim cannister filter and sponge filter and i do 90% water change every week, no harm to the bacterial, this is the best set up so far. the inlet for the eheim i used a eheim pre filter thing, just need to wash this twice a week, and cannister is clean and only need to maintain quarterly.
