Use ammonia test kit to check. Bacteria gill produces foaming water only when medication is added.

No No to sucker fish... They injure ur gf scale...u can see a lot of scales at ur tank bed after putting in ur sucker fish... Wat I have for my gf tank mate is the lily fish...They are veri shy fish that never bite ur gf...and can oso add some life to the tank...

hi bro,
care to say more about it?
i am very curious about it.......
coz i only know my fish all lying at the botton of the tank,
then when they die
their mouth remain open.....

hmm... i think it depends the type of medication used. i used ocean fee herbal treatment for gill disease before... no foaming appears but the water gets cloudy for a day. i guess the dead bacteria or organism in the water caused it.
