So how do people use mini pelia? I want to tie mini pelia to a nice piece of driftwood; any advise? I heard mini pelia is EXTREMELY brittle?
It's personal preference. Mini pellia may appeal to certain people. Yes, they are brittle, too tight and they break off, too loose and they come off.

As for quantity to use to cover, best is still to cover as much surface area of the driftwood as possible.

One of my friend tank who manage to bring out the beauty of Mini Fissiden with his scaping.

Very cute shapes! Did they grow out naturally this way or was there some trimming involved, to maintain the roundness?

Yes, trimming is required. Finding the correct driftwoods to form the shape and scape is already a challenge.

Right side of my 4 ft tank. Consist a messy mass of needle leaves narrow fern. Left side of the tank is still under construction.

4Feet Full tank shot.
Now about 80% completed. Just waiting for the fissiden and bolbitis to grow mature and filled up the foreground and the back. Hope to be ready for Christmas. Hope to hit 10,000 views by year end. Thanks for viewing.
