Default Bagarius Thread 1

Anyone else keeping a Bagarius Yarelli aka Devil Catfish aka Goonch?

I heard its quite hard to get them to be feeding on MP.

I had a good chance to get hold of a great specimen (12 inch) and managed to get it to eat MP with absolute gusto. It even swims up to grab the MP!

Anyways.. here's the video....

Goonch keeping brothers do come in share share

Not only Bagarius...I guess all fishes don't do well in tanks no matter how good the water condition may be....it just lacks the element of nature I think...the morning dew on the surface of the water, the natural substrate etc...
