Please note that he only says young couple can afford HDB flat. to them affordability is 30% of your income. he never mention that you can afford a HDB and retire and pay only $8 for your heart bypass. he ONLY mention that you can afford a HDB. so if you later ask him how to retire he will say u have a HDB rite? he never promise you that u can retire rite? if u ask him about $8 heart bypass he will give u the same shit. THINK FAR! Scrutinies everything they promise!
