Errr. LHL's speech...
Did I hear wrongly from the speech on channel 5?
LHL mentioned to lower HDB price so young couple can afford and in less than 20 seconds. He also mentioned to increase the cellings of HDB so that young couple can buy HDB flats? I am confused...

SO confusing... one time say cannot lower, one time say very cheap liao..HDB lose money and now say make it cheaper??
