May I know what a skimmer is, & its usage in a planted tank?

Actually, with regards to my HC lawn, I did something severely major to the tank. Shall elaborate in the future.

I see.

I paid $648 for the 160-watt, 27", A8000 (this is the variant for planted tank; there are 2 other variants for marine applications) Maxspect Razor. Actually this size that I bought, is intended to use for tanks larger than 2-foot.

P.S. If you are still looking for high-end LED fixtures, I have an unused set of another brand (but still using Cree diodes) to let go.

The above video is only showing the "Manual" mode. There is also an "Automatic" mode, & a "Preset" mode. Both these 2 latter modes deal more with time-points scheduling.

Gorgeous! the tiny air bubbles kind of resembles the stars... the colour combination is beautiful, very fantasy for me.

Actually, the tiny air bubbles are (white) specks of dust

Unfortunately, I have since torn out the entire lawn of HC.
