diarrhea

hi guys, my fish got some kind of diarrhea, I am not sure of it, but then the other fish shit is like one whole black, but this fish shit is like all brown and spreading all around the tank, can give some pointers on what's happening? thank you

been feeding dried tubi packed, then I thought its the dry tubi, change to live bw, then still persist change to live tubi, its been over a month, have tried anti bacteria, methyl blue, anti parasite, what should I use more, have got no problem with my other fish, the fish is a giant female
