Default ...Update on 2ft garden...

Bought some easy growing plants (on the left & right side of tank... not sure whats it called) to overwhelm the algae growth. Removed all bottom growing plants as well.

Front view


Unwanted guests... Staghorn & BBA







Hope the easy growth plants will block out the light source and reduce algae at the bottom.

nice jungle u got there you can use an aquarium tweezers to pull the algae out?

dun mean to be a damper....but think it will be hard to reduce the algae growth as per what u suggested. manually removing as much as u can would be a better option

Ya i know... dun worry its fine to comment directly. I am well aware of how these algae can be difficult to remove.

better remove them now before the algae hits your plants badly

the algae on the drift wood doesnt look like staghorn , maybe its blanket weed

Blanket weed... think I will let it grow and see how will it look like. IF YOU CAN'T FIGHT THEM, MIGHT AS WELL JOIN THEM !

can use Excel to whack the algae... better do before it before it overwhelms your nice scape bro.
