Our new kit pays homage to our first domestic cup win in 1909.

Yeah!!!
Because some club "choose" to ignore the Community Shield and thought they were the best.
Sorry we need to count every CUP won and not selectively ignore one or the other.
Even Wikepedia shown we are ahead on 66 trophies and the second in line won 61

actually i dun think we need to be bothered with whether we are the biggest club or not ......
cos there are just too many ways to measure " biggest "
by trophies alone ?
by what trophies ? some counted, some not counted ?
so which one counted, which one not ?
selectively to whatever suits the objective ?

how about measuring biggest by value ?
how much is the club worth ?
or by attendances at games ?
or by number of fans worldwide ?
or by merchandise sold ?

Just too many factors that can measure " biggest "

btw half time Arsenal 1-1 Burnley

VAR the curse for Pep. Once again they scored the "winning" goal in extra time but to be ruled NO GOAL for an "accidental" hand ball

MANCHESTER UNITED*flop Alexis Sanchez has turned down the chance to breathe life into his flagging career with Italian outfit Roma.*Manchester United*were willing to pay a huge chunk of his £560,000-a-week wages to send him on loan to the Italian capital after the two clubs agreed to a loan deal with an option to buy.

Internazionale are hoping to sign Alexis Sánchez on a season-long loan and are confident of agreeing a deal with Manchester United.

If this happens then I think we are truly taken for a ride
Whereas......
Bayern will pay Coutinho's full salary for the duration of the loan deal from Barca, which will cost them €8.5m.

输少当赢。
Let him stay and get him to play striker.
Loan him out and recover some of his massive pay.
Work on the young lads and dont waste time "exploring" him.
Whats your take.
