Unhappy Goodbye Childhood friend

Finally my 20yr old friend bidded me goodbye.
It's a old school RTG from rainbow farm tagged 1992. Got it when i was in Sec one from Tampines 801 auntie (old birds will know)

Was changing water on saturday when the usual dose of baxter 3-in-1 antichlorine and chloramine. It was just a 20% water change.
It breathe heavily after that and I was thinking it was normal.
I felt something was wrong when it was still breathing heavily on Sunday morning. Got a feeling it was going to leave me when i was not looking.
Last look this morning, and when i reach office today (Monday), my mum sms me that it went upside down.

I have no heart to see it dead. It was my first arowana.
I told my dad that once it stop breathing, help me put into the freeze.
Totally lost now. had many more expensive fishes died on me before, but nv felt this way. Totally no mood now.

Here is a pic of it when it was still breathing heavily yesterday afternoon and i hope it will live happier in heaven...I will always miss it and no arowana will replace it.

It's glory days...

It's the 20yrs of friendship that cause the sadness...
Frankly, i do not how to return home to face the empty tank. Once i step into my house, it is my fish tank already....can't accept to see him missing in the tank.
Now still at work, moody. Got sales also no mood to go sign order.

Appreciate all the kind words and supports AF bros have given me.

Feel like giving up. Anyway, I am going to move on...
Will be looking out for a nice specimen...after a short break.
