u jus answered ur question, it is the seal on the cap that gave way and u can see the bottle spin a couple of rounds spraying the content around.. =)

it is the seal on the cap that is the most challenging part for DIY with bottle.. it often gave way after sometime as the silicon is being placed under certain amount of pressure..

whether it is cup or spoon, it does not matter after u have gained sufficient experience to tell how much is enough for a certain amount of water..

it is just like cooking, the chef won't go around measuring the ingredient to exact amount.. with experience, he can simply use his BIG scoop to add the various ingredient and alteration can be done later to fine tune the taste.. similar concept =)

Hi mtanec

U sound like a pro.

I am using the Nutrafin set for my 2ft. May I know what is your recommendation for the number of teaspoon to use for the yeast, sugar and baking soda?

Thanks!
