Agenda

1. Report on the activities in 2011.

2. Report on the finances of the club for 2011/2012.

3. Election and Vote for New Committee for 2012/2013. Incumbent office bearers and candidates who wish to serve in the new committee must attend the AGM.

4. AFC participation in AF Carnival.

Should any member wish to propose any resolution for the house to vote and adopt, please pm me the details latest by 1 July 2012.
