Default Water after running

I drain off my water to only 15% from my 3ft tank and top up water directly from the tap with stressCoat added. I deliberately let the pump run the water and got this results. I am seeing water coat forming on the tank floor and also on the pump..

After running for 18hrs:

After almost 24hrs, the water gets even cloudy:

Is this normal ? wat does the water tells us ? Can this water be used after i ohf it ?

I think you killed off your BB colony cause you did too major a WC. You changed till only 15% of your water was left? That's an 85% water change. Cloudy water is just a sign of that. Means you will need to restart your BB colony again.

He's using Stresscoat. From his description above, probably dosed at the same time with the tap water.
