I would remove & isolate d affected fishes to another tank for treatment & monitor d others for any visible signs.

If more white spots develop you need ick medicine, if you dont treat it early with medicine your fish will die. This happened to me before I saved all my blood parrots after i got medicine. And if your blood parrots have it odds is that your other fishes have it too so I would treat your entire tank.

Do a wc, then get a heater and set to 31-32 degC as well as add salt. I not a fan of any medication.

IMHO, White spots is cause mainly by huge water temperature swing/changes.

Have a Heater install and set it to 29*, not higher as it might encourage the white spot to boom.

Insolation of fish if possible is best, as it's easily transmitted to other fishes.

Hope this helps.
