Blogger Roy Ngerng sued by PM
A BLOGGER is facing legal action for alleging that CPF funds have been "misappropriated".
In a letter of demand sent through his lawyer to Mr Roy Ngerng of the website The Heart Truths, Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong called for the blog post to be removed from Mr Ngerng's website and his Facebook pages. If he fails to do so, he could be sued for defamation. The letter of demand was put up on Mr Ngerng's site and confirmed by the PM's press secretary on Monday. http://www.straitstimes.com/news/sin...-post-about-pm initially maybe not many pple read the blog....but now think more pple will start reading the blog..... |

I think the part where he relate the City Harvest chart to the CPF chart and which features the Prime Minister is defamatory.
He can put up the demands that CPF return our money at 55, right to opt out of minimum sum, etc ........ but shouldn't have put up the chart to imply misappropriation. I dun think he can prove his allegations. |

on top of publishing the letters and apologize.
still need to compensate LHL and pay his legal fees. not a small amount to engage Davinder Singh.  Looks like they are reading SBF too.
