Very unlikely. SDP sounds very bent on to contest in this BE to me. So it's either SDP vs PAP or SDP vs PAP vs WP only for them.

competing for the sake of competing is a stupid, let PAP win only and they know that yet they want to go ahead and put 1 leg in. SDP should do their ground work for other areas and strengthen their presence where they already are building on. Come GE 2016 then compete properly.

Now the BE they don even have a footing there. visit the place for a few days only and expect the people there to have a good impression on them?

Other than standing for GE what has WP done in Punggol?
Parallel meet the people? Foundation for the needy?
Even in aljunied they have not done much after being elected

WP may not have done alot.. and honestly i am not impressed with the way they tackle the PAP so far.. issit just their strategy i dunno..

but the AIM episode is a good example of when they strike, its a damn big bloody can of worms.. probably the fact that 6 out of 87 is just simply outnumbered

Yes its good to high light aim but it seems more accidental
They can't do anything about say PA and GRCs and didn't even debate it
None of them even bring up anything in their areas of expertise that can benefit the industry let alone SG.
Can understand if it were Nicole Seah or TPL alone
But these are high powered individuals imho they under performed

WP is really strategic.

Tio whack, then highlight issue, let social media make all the noise. let pap answer back social media. then hit back comments when pap issue statement.

then WP propose adjournment motion for next Parliamentary sitting on safeguarding public interest in town council when parliament sitting is coming

lhl straightaway issue statement for MND to investigate.

now WP withdraw the motion for the adjournment till MND fully investigate.
