Sighz.. I had the same outcome as you. My young white clarkii lost a claw after a battle with my blue moon. Now he doesn't dare to roam around freely in the tank

Hi guys

I am new in lobster keeping. Just bought 2 lobster 1 red and 1 blue so need some guidance here.

How you identify the female and male lobster?

How you guys manage to catch the lobster in the reservoir? Which reservoir you guy often go to catch the lobster?

most crayfish? u mean the shop that has the most variety to choose from?

me i dunno.. i usually go aquastar at Y934 or another one at Y618..

most bro however will recommend C328.. they will definietly got a lot to choose when their new stock just come in

i bought that white at Y934 for 18 bucks!!!!! and the very night end up in the belly of my apricot hahahahaha

hehehe C328 but you have to count on your luck. a few times i went there and their stock have not come in. wasted trip as i was staying in aljunied then and now staying at sembawang even more difficult to go so i go Y934 or 618.

Yup.. I stay in the east and it's quite a distant going there and always seeing the same stock around.. Think I will depend on my frenly lfs in the east

crayfish catching is normally at bishan although my colleagues say bedok have lah.

for identifying crayfish you can actually search the forum as there is a comprehensive post on where you can get such information but for a start you can try to locate small holes on the legs (belly area) holes on the last pair is male and on the third pair is female. and for some species, males have long thin appendages instead of holes.
