If Inter can take him then we can seriously consider part ways with him.
From now till the next transfer window we need to bite the bullet and start to headhunt potential players to join us else with the hectic schedule and lean headcounts to choose will be very tough for us to compete with the rest.
We may not have world class players but I believe we have decent players, especially our youths. Ole kept praising Greenwood, but what did Ole do. He was only brought in on the 89th min!!!!
Where is Gomez???? Why leave him out totally and not even on the bench?? He's certainly a better creative player then Lingard. Or Ole thinks Gomez size is a disadvantage? He should look no further with players like David Silva. Also, what about Garner and Chong?

We have a terrific player that can head the ball more than decently. But we do not have any decent corner kick "specialist". That is where Ole should focus his training on. Otherwise, we might as well give the goalie back the ball for goal kick.

I know it is only the 2nd game in this long drawn league, but it is always better to make early diagnosis and apply appropriate remedial actions rather than take reactive actions which may be too little too late.
And yes, we should give Ole full support but that does not mean that his faults should not be pointed out for him to improve the squad.

We may have started identifying potential signings. But are the Glazers, or Woody receptive?? Unfortunately we will still get frustrations as long as Woody is still calling the shots. Director of football?

The agent of Manchester United youngster Tahith Chong has made it clear his client is not interested in a loan transfer this summer.

The highly-rated 19-year-old seems to be easing his way into Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s first-team plans, having made four appearances for the senior side last season.

This is what I see after 2 rounds.

Goalie and Defence looks ok and need not really change much except for injuries

Midfield, we need to take out Lingard as the attacking midfielder and maybe put in Garner so that Pogba can move forward.

Attack is fine with Martial, Rashford and James.

I predict if James goes into the penalty box more often and not try to cross, he may win himself plenty of penalties.

As for penalty takers, only Rashford or Martial, no more Pogba!

Yes Ole has now confirmed that Rashford will be the main penalty kick taker. But must it wait till such fiasco happened? There should not be such a thing as "you take or I take?"

the most important thing is to take all 3 points from all the home games.

2 difficult matches already over.
This weekend top 2 meeting also.
So it will be an interesting weekend

Man City away.

Places will be swapped this weekend round.

Hope we can continue to climb the table and stick there or there about.

Then it will be very top heavy isnt it?

Lingard is there because he is a willing runner, to cover the 2 out and out attackers even though Rashford does some defending too

Personally I think Gomez is a natural replacement for Lingard whereas Greenwood could be used as an impact sub (but not when Ole only gives him 5mins on the field).

I also think gat Gomes is going to be a very good player. Problem is if he is in the team, we need to adapt to playing tiki taka football and not hoist the ball up front like we do when we have LKK.

This small lad is very special everytime i see him play. because of his low CG, he can dribble very well and attracts fouls from the opponent.

Hopefully we can get the points tonight against palace.

Used to think Lingard will be be good for that purpose but with the play, he is not that effective.

Our front 3 can interchange their positions.
