I know nothing about koi but I like the second from the right.
Nevertheless, all 5pcs are very nice!

What is this different from Taisho Sanshoku? Maruyama and Isa Showa are breeders name?

Taisho sanshoku is also call sanke it is a kind of koi. Maruyama and Isa is the breeder name and many of the of the breeder have their name in their fish farm's name.

Bro, the shiro looks good for a nisai. Groom it well.
But for the 2 showas as nisai, the body seems too small, and may point towards male fish (presumably you have been feeding them well).
