i think when u r 20 years old, first time as commander, first time has people that u can order them around,
as opposed to when u look back when u r 40 years old or 50 years old, well it will be very different ....

try to recall properly, clearly ......
maybe not yourself personally ....
but how many 20 years old, first time being in charge, do not suddenly have big egos ....... tekan for the sake of doing it ....

Up till today, i still dun see the point i have to run and kiss the tree and run back ......
and dun get me started on bringing my bed and metal locker down 4 storeys at ITD (Sembawang)

realistic warfare ?? LoL ....
dun make my toes laugh

When kena tekan, from bmt i already learned to save energy, just perform barely acceptable and save as much energy as possible, sure got some that will still fare worse than me. Also, the face must act damn chiam and best is cry for mercy. Many of those trainers are bian tai one, once they shiok they will stop.

Those r brain washing methods. If not, if asked to charge, no one will obey.

This kind of training produces resentment ....
hated the army till today

Only non thinking soldiers will become machines ....
and the SAF wanted " thinking soldiers " ?
or the SAF wanted " machines " ?

20 years old commanders are children themselves ....
they are just kids ...... and put in charge of kids

and then the minister says go talk to your commanders if the safety processes were breached ..... or stop training altogether
go kiss the tree and come back
sign 7 extra
or charge for insubordination
