redcross Help!: Super Red Arowana need medical attention in 6 feet fish tank

hi aros folks,
one of my customer clearing away his 6feet tank with sump system has a Super Red Arowana (tag) need medical attention!

He has been rearing SRA for abt 5years but due to time constraint
not much time to do WC, aro become like that.

anyone know how to treat or who want to try bring back for adoption?

is it eating? it looks really skinny.

clean water + slowly feed it back up

check water first if water parameter too bad don't wc all at once wait it uplorry. slowly partial wc to bring the parameter back then if it's eating slowly pump it back up.

is the back deformed or is it just head up on surface like that?

need to feed some food immediately. change water 20% and change all cotton wool. hope it gets well soon
