Oh i see..ok

my next suggestion is
- a simple nana plants and java fern setup with a school of rummynose tetra or cardinal tetra..
(simple almost maintainence free with nice colour contrast )

Thats not a bad idea, think i I will do that. If I intend to keep the angel fishes can they be kept together with the tetras? BTW what tetras eat?

they eat the normal small pellets or flakes that is sold at most LFS whole tank of angel also not a bad idea

Dun like angels, their colour not so shiok. I think tetras better.
