Oh so those small hard white eggs are from these guys? Walau when you try to scrape them off the remnants still stick to the decor/plants. I hate it when they plant their eggs in the grooves on the driftwood.

I always allow the driftwood to dry and use a used (but clean) toothbrush to scrap it off. They come off quite readily this way.

well well.. mystery solved i hav always wondered where those small hard white eggs r from.. they look too big to be frm any other critters..

arent those bumblebee horn snails? wow i waited so long also no eggs come out leh.. at least a year i think. and i do see mine climbing on top of one another but still no eggs..

Errr you wouldn't want the eggs lah. They never hatch in freshwater and are very hard to remove lol. Maybe all your bb horn snails are male... and gay :P

ya u wouldnt wan the eggs.. trust mi on that count urslf lucky.. haha

hmm prob urs acidic tank?? snails feel more comfortable in alkaline conditions.. but den again.. y bother correcting the conditions when no eggs is a blessing..

My pair of Nerite snail is also very "horny". The male will extend out some kind of sperm like string to the female. haha
