comfirm not soon hock....i've caught 1'' soon hock before and they look nothing like this......never seen this type of goby fish before

Used to catch this during childhood time we called it "Dog Mother Fish" - haha translate into Hokkien ;P

another funny characteristic is it will cling on to tank corner ,3/4 of the body
out of water , on its own free will

That's no Soon Hock, another species of Goby.
I just can't put my finger on it right now....

Its not a soon hock... Juvenile marble gobies look pretty much like the adults even at just 1-2 inches. Disregarding the bodily markings, the head structure is already clearly different.
