any fish that doesn't require an airpump...
hi all,
is there any fish beside betta that doesn't require an airpump to stay alive. cause my gf want to keep a few fishes..... thanks. |

hi labyrinth fish in general does not require air pumps. Betta and a number of gourami falls into this category. However, if given a choice I would still provide an air pump or a filter that would create air bubbles in the water.

Bettas , gouramis , guppies , mollies , platys . these are some that i have kept without an airpump before .

she dun want to set up a tank. she just to and a small little plastic tank on her desk... haha.. is glassfish ok without pump???

If your gf just want a small plastic tank, then go for a betta. Other fish require much more requirements and be difficult to keep.
