Black ich in freshwater?

I observed some black particle on my albino discus (the spot is on the skin and not in the pigment so it probably is not peppering plus is albino), guessing it might be black ich or some weird worm. After googling, realized black ich happened more in saltwater. Closest thing to salt water, I can think of is i fed them adult brine shrimp.

Anyone experience black ich in freshwater? If so, how did you all deal with it? or is there some other illness?
