I wish to find out which is your prefer filter for your shrimp tank setup if you have a choice.

Seem like canister is the prefer filter for shrimp tank. Thanks everyone for taking part in the polls.

I think canister is prefer for 2 reasons,
1. the inlet can be attached with fine wire mesh to prevent shrimplet from going in. 2. It can be connect to chiller easily. |

Just want to add another advantage on canister is you won't get midget flies break out as compare to a sump tank.
