yup its the same... some more now they come out more bigger size od biohome+ which cost more...

Sis Ning Ning, you lao jiao in rearing shrimp liao mah. hee hee

yah, as you knows the density of a biohome is low because of it porus nature. thats why for aqurium, we always use litre as unit for soil / bio media

It seems like some people do not put sponge while others do. I guess i will decide after i clean my CF ( I have not clean it before ever since i set it up ). If there's much dirt, i will leave the wool there ... or else, i will change all to ...

Bottom layer = Lava Rocks
Middle layer = My Aqua CR
Top layer = Bio Home Plus
